This Victoria Park and Kingston Rd property was supposed to be a straight forward waterproofing job. When the crew went out to the property and started to dig, they found that the foundation was deteriorated. A stop work ordered was issued and engineers were brought in to investigate. A a new 8" – 10" inch wall was build in front of the existing wall as per engineer specifications. The RCC crew has used steel reinforcement bars and forming to create the new wall.
