The crew removed and disposed of concrete and soil for a total of 8 inches and replaced with 5 inches of 3/4″ gravel and 3″ new poured concrete. Plastic membrane was installed on 2 foundation walls and 4″ weeping tiles around all walls. The drywall, studs and insulation were also removed on the rear wall and left aside.

A new 1/2 HP Sump pump with a sump pit and cover were installed with the discharge pipe spilling onto the front lawn.
