Paul’s crew installed an internal drainage system along the right side, rear and 5 feet inside the closet totalling 69 lineal feet. Drywall, studs and insulation 48’’ in height were disposed of for installation of plastic air gap drainage membrane. A 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above, weepers were connected to sump pump.

A new 1/2 HP Sump pump was installed with discharge pipe spilling into rear yard.
