The crew installed 146 ft of interior weeping tile and wall membrane, also installed an additional 31ft along interior garage walls.

A new sump pump with battery backup system was installed, the crew removed existing liner and replaced with new liner and enclosed lid (screw top), added new check valve on the discharge line and used existing discharge line.

A complete internal water management system was installed.
