To ensure this Pickering home stops getting water in its basement, we sent an RCC crew of waterproofing experts to hand dig 7 feet down, and 15 feet along one side of this property. This whole area needed to have shoring added so waterproofing materials could be added. They had chip out the entire length of all cracks from the top of the sill plate to the footing & fill with hydraulic cement. Weeping tile and Hydro-Guard rubber was then added in layers to keep any moisture under control. Once these layers were complete, the waterproofing team backfilled the whole slowly with gravel to lock all the work into place.
