Originally quoted for a 10 foot exterior foundation job, but the ground was unstable to complete in some areas. This caused our crew to do 3 less feet, and our waterproofing estimator had to adjust the quote to reflect the proper amount of footage complete. Sometimes the weather can affect the working conditions of our work by making the soil beside the foundation too soft or even too hard in the winter time.
