Our RCC waterproofers went down to a job where they excavated and waterproofed a total of 10 linear feet at this home. The crack in the foundation happed beside a basement window and the surrounding exterior wall needed a layer of Hydro Guard rubber membrane and DMX air-gap barrier as seen in the pictures. To really make sure the customer did not have this issue again, our waterproofers installed a new drainage system made from 4" weeping tile installed underneath the brand new window well that was put in to prevent water build up along that part of the foundation.
