Project

External Waterproofing at Parkington Cr, Scarborough, On

Our waterproofers came in and excavated and waterproofed 78 feet in total around three foundation walls also in need of replacing old weeping tiles that were plugged. The team started by digging sections of trenches along the foundation and applying Hydro Guard rubber membrane to the foundation with a reinforced mesh sheet. Next a DMX air-gap barrier was applied on top to help with moving moisture and water down to the newly installed weeping tile. After replacing the old tile and fitting the new weeping tile, the soil was back filled into the trenches as well as a 3/4" gravel bedding to help with the drainage of the surrounding area.
