RCC waterproofers excavated along two joining foundation walls totalling a 10 ft trench. The team was at this house to exterior waterproof the foundation and apply a new drainage system. After excavating, two layers of Hydro Guard rubber Membrane were applied to the two walls and followed by a layer of DMX air-gap membrane. After the exterior foundation was sealed, new 4" weeping tile was installed allong the wall and topped off by a bedding of 3/4" crushed stone on top of the grade for extra water drainage. Learn more about our Hamilton waterproofing services.
