Our waterproofers excavated a large 30 foot long trench around an exterior foundation at this home. There was a large crack in the foundation that was cleaned up and then filled with hydraulic cement to prevent further water penetaration into the exterior foundation. Two layers of Hydro Guard rubber membrane were applied and the one layer of DMX air-gap membrane to ensure that moisture and water can move through the foundation and drain into the new drainage system.New catch basins were installed, as well as new weeping tiles to allow for complete water drainage in the dug up areas. from there we backfilled the soil as well as added 3/4" clear stone on top to allow for water to drain through the bedding of stone and down into the weeping tile.
