RCC came to this house and found that a stone foundation needed an exterior waterproofing job done across 38 feet of the property. Our waterproofers excavated along the property, digging around basement windows chimney stacks and corners, and got to work on waterproofing the foundation with two layers of Hydro Guard rubber membrane. From there the crew installed a DMX air-gap barrier to help with drainage of water, down to the 4 in weeping tiles installed down below. New window wells were also outfitted on the home to ghelp with the drainage capabilities, and a bedding of 3/4 in gravel as well. This was definitely a bigger job but the team was able to provide customer statisfaction.
