Our experienced team executed a comprehensive external waterproofing project on Abbotsford Road, Toronto. We meticulously waterproofed an exterior wall from the front corner to the back, covering a total of 16 feet. The process began with excavating a trench along the foundation wall down to the footings, followed by sealing the cracks with hydraulic cement. Two coats of HydroGuard rubber membrane were applied, with a foundation mesh set between the coats to ensure durability. An air gap barrier membrane was installed to facilitate water drainage to the newly laid weeping tile. The original soil was then replaced, with a 3/4 crushed stone bedding added for enhanced drainage.
