RCC came to home in Toronto and waterproofed an exterior wall from the front corner to the back for a total of 16 feet. The team started by excavating the trench along the foundation wall down to the footings and began cementing the cracks by using hydraulic cement. Two coats of HydroGuard rubber membrane were applied with a foundation mesh set in between the two coats to help keep the membrane together. Laid on top was a air gap barrier membrane that allows for water to filter through and down to the newly installed weeping tile. Once all this was done, the original soil was filled back into place with a 3/4 crushed stone bedding added to the property for drainage.Learn more about our Toronto waterproofing services.
