Pete’s crew excavated, restored, and waterproofed the entire left wall for 38’, and the back wall starting at the left wall for 4’, also the balance of the back wall for 18’. They saw-cut, removed and disposed of 76 sq ft of asphalt.
Excavation was done to weeping tile, and  4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. An existing window well along with a new window well was removed an reinstalled with a new vertical drain and 3/4 stone.

The crew installed a two-stage sump pump with marine backup battery and a freeze guard. Discharge was connected to the sump pump.
