The crew restored and waterproofed 25 FT of the back wall starting at the left corner, 25ft at the left wall, 16ft at the front wall towards the front porch then 16FT of front wall starting at the front porch and going around to steps. Three (3) new window wells were installed with vertical drains.

A new Liberty Backup Sump pump, back up battery, pit and cover were installed with a ‘T’ connection at right wall and connecting exterior weeping tiles towards new backup sump pit. The discharge pipe was installed at opposite wall going towards the left of front door to discharge outside.
