The crew excavated, restored and waterproofed the back wall starting at the right wall for 34 ft. Three new window wells with vertical drains and 3/4 stone were installed and the old wells were disposed of. 8 sq ft of interlock was lifted and placed to the side along with a step.

A two-stage sump pump with a marine battery at the back right corner of the garage was installed along with a freeze guard, there was one 1/3 hp pump and one 1/4 hp pump. A discharge pipe was installed and ran towards the left wall, secured to the ceiling, caulked and out the left wall.
