Roy’s crew waterproofed the entire right wall for 28’ with a 3’ wrap onto the back wall & a 3’ wrap onto the front wall.
Excavation was done to weeping tile. During the excavation of the the right & back walls of the home it was found that the weeping tiles were fully blocked.
To attempt to rectify this problem, RCC waterproofed for 19’ along the back wall, starting at 3’ from the
back / right wall corner.

RCC installed a Liberty 1/3hp back up sump pump with a sump pit cover at the back / right corner of the basement.
Discharge to travel up the back wall, travel 4’ to the left, then straight away from the foundation wall under the deck for 12’. The external weepers were connected into the sump pump to discharge the weepers installed properly as they were plugged.
