RCC excavated and waterproofed 34’. Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. They saw cut the asphalt 3ft out away from foundation and disposed. A layer gravel was applied over top of back fill.
Hydro-guard commercial rubber was applied once the foundation wall had been cleaned and parged with hydraulic cement.
A new 1/2 HP Sump pump was installed with a sump pit and cover. Weeping tile was connected to new sump pump and discharge pipe ran out the front wall underneath the front porch.
