Omar’s crew waterproofed 10ft on the left starting 9ft from the rear, and also 5ft on the right, starting 35ft from the front of the garage. They removed and set aside interlock.

Excavation was done to weeping tile, and  4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. Weepers were connected to the existing sump pump. Hydro-guard commercial rubber was applied once the foundation wall had been cleaned and parged with hydraulic cement.
