The crew excavated and waterproofed the entire left wall for 40′, with a 1′ wrap onto the front wall & a 1′ wrap onto the back wall. Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above.

RCC reinstalled the only window well on the left wall, with a vertical drain & 3/4 stone inside. A new window well was also installed with a vertical drain and 3/4 stone.
