The crew restored and waterproofed the left wall starting at 3′ from the back wall for 6′. Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. The bottom of the window sill was parged while waterproofing.

Keem’s crew removed and reinstalled the existing window well in the excavation area. The window well was doubled up for depth and a vertical drain was installed with 3/4 stone.
