Joey’s crew waterproofed 21′ along the left side of the back wall to the garage. One new window well was installed with a drain.

Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. Weepers were connected to existing discharge. Hydro-guard commercial rubber was applied once the foundation wall had been cleaned and parged with hydraulic cement.
