The crew waterproofed 12′ along the left side starting at 20′ and stopped at 32′ to the chimney which was also wrapped. Approximately 40 sq ft of interlock and stone was removed and placed to the side.

Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. Hydro-guard commercial rubber was applied once the foundation wall had been cleaned and parged with hydraulic cement.
