Roger’s crew restored and waterproofed 19FT of the front wall starting at the corner going towards the steps and 3ft at steps. Also 40FT of right wall starting at front going towards the back and 27FT of back wall starting at right going towards left.

Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. Weepers were connected to existing discharge. Hydro-guard commercial rubber was applied once the foundation wall had been cleaned and parged with hydraulic cement.
