The crew excavated, restored and waterproofed the right wall starting at 13.5′ from the back wall for 5′. The crack was filled to the sill plate for 1′.

Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above. Weepers were connected to existing discharge. Hydro-guard commercial rubber was applied once the foundation wall had been cleaned and parged with hydraulic cement.
