RCC restored and waterproofed 13 ft of right wall starting from the front and 3 ft at the front wall. Approx. 45 sq ft of interlock was removed and put to the side. Excavation was done to weeping tile, and a 4″ weeping tile with filter and 3/4 clear gravel added above.

One (1) existing window well was removed and replaced and a vertical drain was added.
