Ramy’s crew restored and waterproofed 27FT of left wall starting at back corner and wrapping at garage wall. They also restored and waterproofed 37FT of right wall – front to back.
90sqft of concrete was saw cut and disposed of and 8 patio slabs were put to the side. The crew excavated to weeping tile and installed 4″ weeping tile with filter and placed 3/4 clear gravel on top, weepers were connected to existing discharge.
2 old window wells were replaced with new steel window wells 36″Wx24″Dx12″P with vertical drain.
