Roger’s crew repaired foundation wall at rear 42 lineal feet corner to corner. Concrete pad at rear door was removed, disposed and replaced with 4 24 inch square patio slabs on completion.

A new sump pump system with basket, lid and discharge pipe was installed at the middle of rear wall.
