1. External: Repaired the foundation wall at front right side for a total of 7 lnft. Leaks were caused by rod holes behind the electrical panel. Inside weeping tile was connected to the exterior weepers. Concrete foundation.
2. Internal: Repaired 2 sections of the foundation wall using an internal drainage system. RCC also removed and disposed of insulation. Rear wall was repaired for a total of 56 lnft and connected to a floor drain. The front wall was repaired for a total of 17 lnft and connected to the weepers on the exterior.
