  9. Connect weeper to existing discharge or, if no weepers exist, connect to sump or other.

  1. RCC removed 2 shrubs and 2 trees.   

  2. RCC excavated and waterproofed approximately 47 linear feet of the right wall and 5 linear feet of the back wall, both from the back right corner.   

  3. The team repaired the foundation, ensuring any structural cracks, rod holes, mortar joints, and honeycombing were addressed.   

  4. The crew installed the specified exterior waterproofing solutions as detailed in the “Solutions” section.
