The Solution We performed a full exterior excavation to reach the footings. Our crew focused on waterproofing cracks and sealing the porous blocks with a heavy-duty membrane. By installing new weeping tiles and high-quality drainage board, we redirected hydrostatic pressure away from the foundation walls.
