This older home in Burlington Ontario was done in two parts. A drainage system was installed inside of the basement to cover 64 feet of the wall near the garage. A hole in the foundation was also patched in this first part of work.

A couple months later, Sam’s crew returned to install a sump pump. This makes sure that any water leading into the drainage system are rerouted to the sump pump in order to keep the basement dry.
